1) The way the human brain is hacked is pretty much similar to that of a digital computer. We can think of the brain as the hardware , and the electrical activity of neurons as the software. The mind – is the program output. The program output are the instructions relayed to the nervous system to perform various tasks such as moving the arm, walking, talking and so on. Control the program output, you control the behavior.
2) There are two ways a hacker can exploit a computer. Either infiltrating the hardware (the brain) or the software (the mind). Hacking the computer hardware could be complicated because you have to know the system architecture and the circuitry of the computer. Hacking via software is widely applied because it’s cheaper, easier, faster and it can be executed remotely. This type of technique relies heavily on the software’s flaw – the bug. The bug will serve as the backdoor for hackers to install their home-brewed program or their malicious code.
3) Our brain is the most sophisticated computing machine in the galaxy and it’s far more superior than that of Deep Blue or any powerful supercomputer. The irony is, it’s the most vulnerable type of computer and the most exploited. It only take words to hack the mind. Words can distort reality. Words can trick the mind.
